RADE JANKOVIC (RJ)
RJ is certified through NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science. This lead him to work with the USF Basketball Strength and Conditioning team, Prime Physical Therapy, and corporate gyms.
His every day motivation comes from being able to help his clients achieve their personal goals and live a healthier / injury free life.
SRDJAN JANKOVIC
Srdjan graduated from the University of South Florida with his B.S. Degree in Exercise Science. Over the years, he has worked with Prime Physical Therapy and corporate gyms in the area. Srdjan’s motivation is to make a positive impact in the community. Being a former college basketball player, Srdjan has a huge passion for sports performance and helping athletes achieve their highest potential on and off the court/field.
Zach Norton
Zach is passionate about the psychological and behavioral aspects that enhance confidence and self-esteem, helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals and enjoy their journey. He believes that his dedication to treating each person as an individual makes him an exceptional coach. Additionally, Zach brings experience from playing in the NFL for the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT).
Jesse Rappaport
Jesse Rappaport is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). A former Division I athlete, he has over 20 years of experience as a Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Jesse specializes in personalized training programs, focusing on injury prevention and systematic progressions. Passionate about helping clients realize their potential, he has successfully guided many to significant achievements, including notable weight and body fat loss results.
Mev Dauti
With 7+ years of experience, Mev Dauti is a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise. He has successfully coached clients of all ages and backgrounds. Mev is passionate about transforming clients’ bodies and boosting their confidence through tailored fitness programs. Known for his punctuality and supportive approach, he ensures clients follow effective workout and nutrition plans, fostering a positive and informed fitness journey.
Jazmine Cramer
Jazmine Cramer is a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Safe Sport and First Aid. She received her education from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has been dedicated to the fitness industry for over seven years. Jazmine is committed to creating personalized training programs that emphasize proper form and injury prevention. She stays closely involved in her clients’ nutritional plans and ensures they perform exercises correctly to avoid injuries. Jazmine’s personal story of overcoming Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome by building muscle to stabilize her joints underscores her belief in the transformative power of fitness. She is driven to help her clients achieve similar life-changing results.
Jessy Thompson
Jessy Ross Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree in Leisure Science and Youth Work from Concordia University in Montréal, Canada. He is a Level 3 Olympic Boxing Coach and holds professional boxing licenses in multiple U.S. states, including Florida, California, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in various countries worldwide.
With over 16 years of experience in personalized training, Jessy has served as head boxing coach at three different gyms. He has worked with over a dozen world champions and more than 200 professional boxers across 24 countries. Jessy’s coaching expertise was honed under renowned boxing coaches Russ Anber and Pedro Diaz, following an 11-year amateur boxing career. His primary motivation is to help clients achieve their best by identifying and addressing their weaknesses. He emphasizes personal connection, understanding, and honest communication to prevent injuries and foster growth.
